I’d like to believe I have as much a wild side as depicted in the picture to the left (my unbeatable Halloween costume, freshman year). However, when I return to reality, I’m just your normal guy who loves movies, rock and roll…and candy corn. My favorite genre of movies [to watch and write about] is Superhero, and my #1 all-time movie is Batman Begins. My #1 Christmas movie is Jingle All the Way. My ultimate claim to fame – I share the same birthday as Arnold Schwarzenegger.
In all of my reviews, I incorporate a paragraph about the film’s score. Music is of utmost importance in movies. It helps establish different moods, giving you feelings of excitement, joy, sadness, terror, etc. My favorite scores are the combined three soundtracks from the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. And one of my all-time favorite quotes is from George Lucas: “The sound and music are 50% of the entertainment in a movie.”
